Kleen Education Law offers consultative services to private and charter schools outside of New Jersey seeking experienced, practical support in special education programming, compliance practices, and dispute readiness.
These services are non-legal in nature and are designed to support school leadership, special education teams, and retained counsel by strengthening systems, documentation, and educational practices before disputes arise.
Educational & Programmatic Consulting
We work with schools to assess and strengthen educational programming with a focus on student needs, operational realities, and risk awareness.
Services include:

Conducting special education audits focused on compliance, best practices, and risk identification

Reviewing educational programming and service delivery models

Recommending programmatic improvements based on student needs, enrollment trends, and emerging issues

Records & Compliance Support
Strong records and documentation practices are often the difference between manageable disputes and costly litigation. We assist schools in building systems that work.

Litigation & Dispute Support (Non-Legal)
We support schools and their retained counsel by helping organize and prepare materials critical to dispute resolution and litigation readiness.

Drafting timelines, factual summaries, and exhibit indexes for counsel review

Assisting with preparation of staff and witnesses for hearings or depositions

Drafting documents or responses solely for counsel’s review and finalization
